It has to be a miracle food. The number of uses I have for it keep growing and the benefit it has had in my health is astounding.
Despite only gaining popularity from the 1950s , apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been used as a natural remedy for many years. Today it is starting to be re-discovered and appreciated as a health tonic with many potential benefits to the human body.
